In order to take advantage of this service you must agree to the following guidelines and provide the requested information in the email. IWIF will verify your policy information and authorize the requested videos.

To use this service, first click the gray DVD subject bar below to view and select your DVD by title and order code. After you made your selection click on the Safety Flicks graphic to fill out a request form, be sure to include
your policy number.

All DVD's are in English, but may be available in other languages as indicated.

Guidelines: 

• You may keep videos for no more than two (2) weeks per request. All videos must be returned within two weeks after receipt.
  
• It is your responsibility to return the videos to Coastal Technologies at your own cost.
• You may borrow up to three (3) videos each month providing all prior videos have been returned.
• IWIF is not responsible for the accuracy of the content and information contained in any video.
• All videos are the property of Coastal Technologies. If not returned you will be billed for the total cost of the videos by Coastal.

• It is highly recommended that all videos are returned insured for their total cost (usually $495/ea) and tracking numbers be assigned.

• Videos can be returned by the common carrier of your choice:
• UPS | Fed Ex | US Postal | etc.
