Premium Payment Options

IWIF policyholders can pay their premiums online quickly and easily by using the credit card or electronic fund transfer (EFT) options available on this web site. Both ensure complete privacy and help to reduce the possibility of coverage interruptions. Please click on the Policy Activity / Make Payment link at the top of this page to explore these payment options. If you are using the electronic fund transfer option your premium payments can be deducted from your checking or savings accounts. This is a one-time deduction and not an automatic debit.

E-Certificates of Insurance

You can create and print Certificates of Insurance right from your desktop. E-Certificates is a convenient way for IWIF policyholders and insurance agents to create and receive standard certificates of insurance 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For policyholders who require specific information on a certificate, such as a job description, or if the certificate holder is not domiciled in Maryland, please contact your insurance agent or the IWIF Customer Call Center at (410) 494-2000 (1-800-264-IWIF outside Baltimore).

Employers Online Injury Reporting, 24/7
Employers can file a First Report of Injury, a key piece of IWIF documentation for reporting workplace injuries and illnesses, online. This online injury reporting capability is available to our policyholders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

*Important Note: Employer’s First Report of Injury (FROI) access is not available as an instant e-Service and must be requested and approved by your company’s primary contact/officer due to privacy concerns. You can make the initial request online and then please allow 7-10 days for your authorization/release of this service to your IWIF e-Services account.

For more information on IWIF's e-services, call our Customer Service Center at (410) 494-2000 (1-800-264-IWIF outside Baltimore) or e-mail e-services@iwif.com.
